If anyone is in Walton-on-Thames tomorrow, come an watch the mighty Southampton AC attempt to keep our lead at the top of the Southern Athletics League.

Also see a very short white guy jump over 10 very high hurdles. Comedy at its best.

Walton proved fruitful - Another 0.1 off my seasons best time!

Well on track for my target of 12.0 or less now. No more races until September 1st which will really be an exhibition as we won the league already!

0.3 to go, hit it hard!

I'm baaaaaaaaack. Well sort of, did 5k Sunday and was okay, few twinges that may be more in my head than anything. Another 5k this morning (out the door 5:35am!) and while the legs were aching like mad it's not suprising given it's a month since I ran and much more since I did anything serious.

I was up 5:20am to have a drink, brush my teeth and get changed first!

It was lovely out though, no rain and barely any cars. Completely changed by now, puddles, raining and cars everywhere.
