I do like chick flicks... but they have to be funny and not all gooey (like Adam Sandler filums!). I think I'm much more of a lover of things like SPIDEY MAN! *very excited* |

On a similar theme, I've just seen Superman Returns, I loved it! Again, darker then the originals, I really hope they continue this series too! And we need Christian Bale back as Batman too, is that in the offing does anyone know?

I thought Superman Returns was OK, but about 40 minutes too long. It seemed to lose itself in the middle before recovering. It also had a couple of plot ideas that should either have been followed through further or never introduced in the first place.
Agree about Batman

Yes, in a sequel called The Dark Knight (the first Batman film to not have the name in the title), tentatively pencilled in for a 2008 release

No real reason for that to be in the story at all from what I can tell.

I'd agree there. There were a couple of points where I thought 'right...here it comes' and it never did. Maybe it'll be explored more int he next one.

The only assumption from what is said in the film was that it occured at the time of the "My Night with Superman" article in the first film; and its blatant from that film he didn't sleep with her.
