Would you eat a Rook?

Saw the F-Word last night where he went shooting Rook, which was then cooked and eaten. I asked Kate if we could have a Rook, and apart from not knowing where to get one she didn't seem overly taken with the idea, although I think most of that was because she "couldn't be arsed to peel it" (her words )

So would you eat Rook? I bloody well would, can't kill you can it? And do you think any type of Crow would do? There are lots of Jays and Carrion Crows round here but not seen many Rooks.
