Replacing TIM
When I built my currrent PC 18 months ago I didn't have any AS5 hanging around so I just used the TIM pad that came with the Artic Freezer.
I couldn't be bothered to change it but since it was a wash out this weekend, I thought I'd replace it with AS5. The results were quite surprising... the CPU temp was down 5oc to 40oc on full load.. that's on an overclocked X2 4400+ with both cores running an instance of F@H..
