Don't see why, as long as it goes to the overclocked speed when it's on full throttle, I see no reason (yet) to turn it off.

I'm naturally cautious of this sort of thing as well, that's why I've got CPU-Z running all the time for a bit while I monitor how it's doing. If I find it's at low speed when it should be fast then I'll bin it straight away but it's been good so far
