Fortunately I've been training for years for this very situation. I'd go back in the house and get my swords. I'd then go hunting these aforementioned zombies, as slow moving targets that can be destroyed by decapitation should be easy picking.

I'd maybe go loot myself a gun from somewhere to add a bit of variety and for when I can't be bothered waiting for them to shamble toward me.
