If there really was nobody left I would go from town to town, living there until there was no more food and driving about until there was no more petrol then either filling up or taking another car.

Living on tinned/frozen food would suck after a bit though I guess.

I actually think I would go insane after a while, although before I did I would probably try and work out how to drive the Eurostar and get across to the continent to try and find some people somewhere.
