Strange person blanked me.

A short while ago our guv'nor did a trip over to Europe where he bought a load of cigarettes cheaply. Through bad health he's just been told to stop smoking so I thought I'd try and help him out.

I offered a packet of them at a good price to a smoker outside our office in Argyle Square but he just looked at me blankly. Maybe I picked someone who doesn't speak English! I thought about approaching some of the other smokers but being rejected sort of put me off.
