IT bods, so you think you're having a bad day?
Spare a thought for Scott Parazynski. He's currently trying to diagnose a problem with an Ethernet (oldskool coax I might add, terminators included) router.
The nearest Cisco tech might only be 200 or so miles away, but the mileage allowance would be an absolute killer.
