Help! Installing XP - Which updates?

I'm installing a not so legal copy of XP on my uncle's computer for him, but I've completely forgotten which Service Packs etc. that I can update without the computer locking up on me.

I can't remember who gave me this copy, but I think it was someone on here. It says WIN XP PRO & WIN XP PLUS PACK on the CD.

Anyone? Help would be muchly appreciated.
