Fish and Chips

Well, Sea Bass and some nice fried potato slices

I cocked up the Parsley sauce a bit, I took my eye off it for just long enough to turn over the fish and it went lumpy on me :mad:

The fish also disintegrated on me because I have inadequate fish-flipping skills (or it just slightly stuck to the pan )

Was still very nice though, although perhaps some veg might have been good (I didn't have any in and I was starving!).
