Muffins
I just thought I would:
a) Ask if anyone has a good recipe and b) Warn people NOT to use Nigella Lawsons recipe (http://www.nigella.com/recipes/recipe.asp?article=1234) unless you wish to produce white chocolate turds in a muffin case.
