I think I'm going mad

So I'm making cherry muffins and half way through realise I only have 1 egg left. Went to the shops bought 2 dozen eggs and come home. Put 1 lot away after finishing the muffins off and stick them in the oven. My mum was here and she finished putting the few bits of shopping away while I did the muffins.

Open fridge and there are 3 lots of eggs in there now. I only bought 2 but when I looked before going out I could have sworn there were no more. They were literally right in front of me as well.

Then I sat down and realised I had forgotten to add the baking powder to the muffins, doh. We'll see what they turn out like lol. Should still be edible but just not risen as much. Oh well, I'll make some more tomorrow.

Can't believe I did that!
