Bloody hell, well done mate. I saw you practising it the other day and knew you'd get it soon. Hope you manage it again and get the achievement soon
I was actually playing GH3 myself last night, and surprised myself somewhat. I was playing on Hard and took down One without any problems, then beat Raining Blood with no star power (including a 26 note streak during that really fast intro). I decided to have a go against Lou, even though I said I wouldn't, and not once but twice got through to Johnny's solo and hit him with 3 attacks in a row and got his rock meter flashing red. Both times he was only one attack away from losing, and both times I missed getting an attack that would have done it. My heart was pounding as I was so close. If I hadn't had to go to bed I surely would have carried on and beaten him. I've realised the secret now is just hoping he doesn't get lefty flip. I can cope with almost anything else he throws at me. I just need to time my attacks better as I would have thought 3 in quick succession would have been enough. At least now I finally have belief that one day I can beat him, something I didn't think possible. Fingers crossed anyway

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine as children do. It's not just in some of us; it is in everyone. And as we let our own lights shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others. |
