Order forms! Heeeelp!
Hello People!
Most of today I have been in a kerfuffle. As you know, a few companies are looking interested in my cards and it occurred to me this morning... if they do 100% want my stuff... they'll need an order form.... and I don't have one as such... *eak* Sooo... I thought "Bah, this isn't scary, it's simple! All order forms are simple! I'll just go do one now! It'll take minutes!"... but I think I've thought about it too much and am now worried and need clarification/ideas from choo lot! All of my cards are categorised and then appropriately named, ie: Seasonal - Christmas - Angel General - Congrats - Bottoms Up Sooo... I figured open a word doc, list them, put prices next to them and then quantity, totals at the bottom, terms and conditions etc and bobs your uncle (aww that was a wedding tv show thing wasn't it!?! It was really funny! I'm gonna have to youtube it now!) I digress! Thing is, when doing the word doc, I realised some of them sounded pretty similar... and then wondered how they would know which design they wanted... and then I became uber confused. Do I need to show all of my designs in thumbnails on the order form? Or can I send them an order form like above with a CD and all of the designs on it for them to see? Or do I set up a webby and clicky bits on it? Or do I scrap that idea for an order form and do it differently?!! *confused confused* Hoping you can help peoples! I think the CD is the best plan but yeh... I'm boggled now! *wubs* |
