I R annoyed !

Ordered our BBQ on Wednesday for a next day delivery yesterday, quite lucky that I have this week off work.

I got up early, had the fastest shower known to man, didn't dry my hair with the hairdryer and had the front window open to hear vans/trucks etc.

Consignment was showing out for delivery so I'm expecting it to turn up any minute. I had to go out at 3.30pm so I thought I'd come back to a card and have to sit indoors again today.

Came back home just after 5, no card. 6pm still no sign so I phone them up. They can't get hold of the driver ( ) but imagine it will be delivered today. The lady I spoke to was very nice and told me to call back this morning to get an ETA so I don't have to wait in all day today again ( I have to pop out and get parking permits sorted and can only do this during the week )

So I phone up this morning and was told the driver tried to deliver yesterday at 12.45 .. ( ABSOLUTE B******* ! ) I was not amused. They can't get hold of him so they can't give me an ETA. I questioned why he didn't leave a card and I was told it's a contractor who might not have a supply of cards ... more

So I told the lady today that I HAVE to go out this afternoon and if I miss the driver they can bloody well put it on a Saturday morning delivery
