One legged excercise...
Well as I'm now on my bum for another 4 weeks, I need to think of something to burn off those calories I'm taking in.
I'd like to work on my upper body, arms etc so that I can haul myself about on crutches a bit better so any excercise tips for that would be great. Stomach and legs were big anyway, but if there are any excercises I can do whilst unable to put pressure on my right foot, can someone let me know! Ta!
