She's superb! I heart her muchly! If I did journalism I'd want to do the kind of stuff she does!

Yesternight she did one on mail order brides! Was weird to see all these blokes going on "holiday" for a few days where they hold this big event where they get to meet ladies on the webby (or so they think).

It's quite an odd arrangement really. From the footage shown, some of the men seemed to be quite genuine and wanted someone to love, care and respect them. Others though.. were weird. As in... freaky weird.

It was quite funny as Dawn interviewed the head lady and brought up her concerns of how the men are vetted and women kept safe. The lady responded that the men they select can use the internet and are willing to travel and be open minded and therefore are good people. LOL! What kind of deluded woman is she!! I mean look at you bunch of weirdos They apparently do police checks and it's a legal obligation to show the women any of the mens history. A couple had assaults and things... which obviously may be nothing but equally makes you think "hmmm".

One of the chaps, apparently a successful business man but how much of that was garbage or not I don't know, had a convinction of assault. Initially he seemed okay but when Dawn asked about the assault he explained what happened and had this eerie smug look on his face.

Apparently he was attacked by some ladies Dad with a baseball bat because he didn't approve of him dating his daughter (she was too young for him - *warning bells already*). According to him he drove off and didn't touch anyone... but the judge saw things in a different light because he too had three young daughters and therefore convicted him of assault (trying to run the man over etc) because the judge was offended he went out with such a young girl.

As said...after he explained the above he just sat there grinning and Dawn was all like *straight but slightly concerned face*. Was odd.

Later in the show he then hit on some lady, decided it was love but said he was fine if she wanted to talk to others and mingle as that was what it was all about. He then tried to hit on Dawn whilst this lady disappeared and then he went in, saw "his" lady speaking with another chap and arranging a dinner with him and he just looked a bit psycho! He said he didn't know whether he wanted to go to dinner with her anymore and was asking why was she talking to him etc! Eventually, they went to dinner and he gave her the third degree about speaking to this other chap and proceeded to break down crying! WTF?! She sat there and held his hand - it was well weird. I would have been out that door in seconds.

Anyway, he was the 2nd weirdest - the other one was just. Odd. He wasn't right in the head at all.
