I dont think you can its generally left to the WRT routers (i have the WRT54GS V1 Arguably the best well worth tracking down in german).

Tomato is bloody fantasmical though, and today lifehacker even blogged about how to use the tomato scripting and ad block to block ad's at router level over your whole network, i haven't done this yet i dont have much need to, but it is undeniably cool.
