Kari doesn't drink much tea (contrasting my several cups a day habit) but is rather partial to "Green tea with Roasted Brown Rice". I can't stand it, but she finds it incredibly calming.
Recently I've been enjoying Celestial Seasoning's "sleepytime" tea, which is a peppermint, chamomile, lemongrass, tilia flowers, blackberry leaves, orange blossoms, hawthorn berries and rosebuds blend. Primarily flavours are the first two. It's a wonderful evening drink
