Default Had my first 'issue' with PayPal

I use eBay and PayPal very regularly and don't often have problems.

Sold a lot of games on there a few weeks back, and one buyer was quite a late payer, ended up paying just before I went back to work for a few days so unable to go to the post office with it. So I just shoved it in the post with no proof of posting :/

This week, so about 3 weeks after the sale, I receive an email from PayPal saying that finds have been reversed from this buyer and asking me for information on where I sent the item to, what it was, how and when it was posted. I've received nothing from the buyer to say she hasn't received the game, or it's not what she wanted etc.

Fired an email off to the buyer today to make sure a) she is aware of what's happened, and b) there isn't a problem.

Just a bit annoyed that buyers can literally just reverse payments like that, surely that's really open to fraud.

I really regret not getting proof of postage now, that was the only one I just shoved in the post box.

I know it's my fault to a degree but just wanted to rant!
