Shamelessly nabbed. Just seen that google maps streetview is live. Bloody brilliant! Now you can actually show someone where a place is, more importantly you can track down restaurants again. I'll start with a really cracking Italian

Could be handy with the restaurant recommendation thread as well. Lot easier to walk the route..... hmm can this feed into an I-phone/equivalent?
