There is a Lot to be said for having the right balance between work & play.
I find the 4 nights on 3 nights off is perfect for me, With only working 4 nights the week never becomes oppresive, I do 2 nights & I am more than half the way through my week & it's all downhill from there. When working 5 it just feels like I am always either going to bed or getting up & never have time to myself.
It's all about the balance.
