Oooh, now that sounds gorgeous!!

Tonight we had pasta with a ragu sauce that I made with the leftover lamb & sauce from Monday. Bloody gorgeous and we had enough for 4 helpings so that's 3 meals we've had out of the lamb

Last night I made fish cakes from Good Food Magazine. They were absolutely beautiful and I did an extra 2 portions to freeze. Served them with salad and cous cous, made with veg stock and a squeeze of lemon and then threw in a load of stuff I had knocking around in the fridge (feta, cucumber, sun dried tomatoes, olives etc.).

I have 2 rainbow trout in the freezer, so I think we'll be having those for tea with new potatoes & veg tomorrow
