Nah, nothing wrong with it. It's solid axle front and rear. No independent suspension here. Too weak. Here's a different view to show you what I mean...



And yes, the right rear is off the ground. In the pic with me standing on it, my weight is all that's holding that corner of the Jeep on the ground. I had to step off the tyre VERY carefully or it might have bounced back onto the left front hard enough to take it over the edge of the cliff I was at the top of...
