Buying a 40D

I've agreed purchase of an EOS 40D from a bloke on TP. I don't get paid until Friday but he's agreed to wait until then. Both our banks do the quick payment thing so, hopefully, if I get the payment off early enough, he'll be able to post it RMSD on Friday and I'll get it Saturday *crosses fingers*

Description is as follows

EOS 40D body. Just over 700 actuations from new! (April 2008). Immaculate condition, comes with 3rd party spare battery, 4GB Sandisk Extreme III and Optech strap. All original leads, body cap, strap, CD's and manual etc. Has had screen protectors on from new.

So, that's a 40D body with less than 700 actuations with a spare battery, a 4GB CF card and an Optech strap for £450. Bargain

Really looking forward to getting out and about with this after Matt bigging it up and seeing some of the great shots he's got with his. I'll have to make do with the two lenses I've got for now (18-55mm kit lens and Sigma 55-200mm) since this purchase will just about wipe me out until I do another trip away (I'll still manage to buy Zinc's nifty fifty if he decides to sell mind you - I'll find a way ).
