Bloody Barclaycard. Noticed that I've not got my offer of cashback come through. Got absolutely nowhere with the offshore call centre, when I finally got through I made it very clear that:-
1. Give what I want and applied for with the card
2. Cancel the card

I then got hung up on claiming "we can't hear you". They've covered themselves with that so they can claim it was a system error Eventually I lose my rag with them and get put through to a UK call centre. After explaining that to the rep I get 1% cashback for a few months and £10 for the calls.

I thought in current times they would be wanting me to go... far from it, it seems
