Motoring Question
Can anyone help me out?
Trying to find definitive proof whether or not you need to be issued with a ticket 'on the spot' if you are caught out with a hand-held speed gun, or if the ticket can be sent out afterwards? There's looooooooooads of different thoughts on this but I can't find anything concrete that says either way Give me a hand chaps
