'Cook in' sauce recepies?
We used to eat Chicken Tonight style sauces but I have shunned them since discovering I'm quite a capable cook.
However, I'm a bit stuck on how to make a similar, basic mushroomy creamy sauce to go with chicken. Anyone got any good recepies?
