Phone + PS3 deals

Found out this morning about Orange changing their T&C's so spoke to my sister who has a contract phone with Orange as her phone is useless. She was quite happy to say the least as it means she can upgrade. Now, I think I've managed to convince her to get a deal where she gets a free PS3

but don't know where to start looking, she'd prefer to go to O2 now and not spend more than £30 a month on the actual contract. Plus she'd like the phone to be lightweight and half decent.

Anyone got any suggestions? She's not fussed that it will most probably be a 24 month contract either.
