That and none have been announced but the other expansions were announced months ago

Actually, the first three were announced and people thought that was it. The turn around time between announcement of Point Lookout (and Mothership Zeta) to it's arrival was only a couple of weeks. Many people were cocksure there were only going to be 3 DLC's.

Bethesda described their game as being amongst the upper echelons and that it would push past 1250 and be comparible to games like Halo 3 and Gears of War 2. Taking into consideration that they announced Point Lookout only a couple of weeks before releasing it I wouldn't be surprised to see another DLC.
