Rate the last movie you watched.

Vaguely tickling my brain from when Valkyrie was released here, Tom Cruise in an interview was saying something like they'd started to try and do the film with German accents, but gave up fairly quickly realising all that was happening was they were butchering them and sounding absolutely awful, and that if they were going to be able to have any respect for the movie they needed to do it straight.

Of course they could have hired a bunch of German actors to do it and have it more authentic. But I guess that's just like how they could have hired a bunch of midgets to play hobbits in the LoTR trilogy but instead went to all the hassle of hiring normal sized people and having to do camera tricks and sfx to make them seem small.
