Purchase availible over Steam (10$) or Introversion website (£10).

Buying it from Introversion is more expensive, but remember that not only do you get a download on release day, but they will also post you a boxed copy free of charge if you pre-order

(that, and they take a solo card if you're unlucky enough not to have a credit card)
