Right, i'm trying to write a report investigating the legal, social, ethical and professional issues associated with Yahoo’s involvement in that case many moons ago regarding the Chinese reporter that got 10 years for an email he sent.
yeah i'm sure not many have heard of it either... and hurrah for my professional development module providing current events to talk about, not cases from 2004...lol

anyway, i digress, I can't say i've ever had any interest in professional, legal, social or ethical issues before, in the corporate sense anyway. Does anybody know of anywhere I can find hives of information online? could do with some good material to reference.
