Mobile phone problems, please help

I've had it nearly 2 years now. I'm gutted because there were a few pics on there that weren't on the memory stick. I didn't put them on the memory stick because I had a problem connecting the phone to the lappy and it deleted some of my stuff off my memory stick. The pics were of Toby when he had just been born, first time it was just the 2 of us in the hopsital

But thankfully I uploaded all my pics from the memory stick last week so I've got all of them, but the memorystick should be fine.

I need to ring orange today and find out how many upgrade points I have because I found out lastnight that every time I top up I earn points towards a phone upgrade. Hopefully I'll be able to get the new phone cheaper and I'm hoping to actually have a present to unwrap at Christmas! My hoover died the other week, so my parents have bought me a new one as an early present!
