Set in the 60's during the pirate radio ear about a ship anchored in the North Sea played Rock and Pop 24 hours a day and the government trying to stop them. A lot funnier than I had though it would be and has quite an impressive cast list to boot.

Pretty much sums it up for me as well. Philip Seymour Hoffman is once again, superb.
