New PAYG phone - advice needed

A colleague is off t'Egypt at the end of the week and wants a decent PAYG phone that he can pop his current SIM card into and set off.

Disclaimer : He is not very technologically advanced, so nothing fancy

He definitely wants the following:

Connect via Bluetooth in his car
Standard MSG facilities - MMS/text

He'd like the following but it's not essential
MP3

He's not bothered about
Web Access

For under £70 if possible.

Any suggestions, lovely people of BD?
