I think today I had my most embarassing moment - ever !
There's me, on a ball doing my crunches like one does. I thought it was a bit drafty .. when I then realised my right testicular was hanging out. I wondered why I was getting a few second and strange looks.
Damn the southern migration larky!  Breaking NEWS only on BD extra!!!
