Oh I have done Zumba - its... weird
 I felt like a tribal warrior dancing round a camp fire ha ha... good workout though - take some 1kg weights with you for toning  I don't think I will go back though because it was £11 for a 1.5hr class and the instructor was a little odd :/ BB x |
