With no traffic it's about 90 minutes. From yours I'd head through the Blackwall Tunnel, up the A12, M11, M25 then M1. Watch out for the average speed camera zone on the M1, most people go back up to 70 when they clear the first loat of roadworks but the 50mph zone is still in place until about J13.

If you can't get there then an evening collection wouldn't be a problem for me, I'm rarely out of the office before 7.
