bought a Groupon deal for the Spa at the Hilton in Chester.

Emailed them 6 April to book dates, emailed them 3 times since, no response.

Phone goes to AVR then rings out when you go to Spa or Hotel.

No response on Twitter either.

So I found out who owns them and sent them an email telling them they must be losing money hand over fist as if I hadn’t pre-ordered, I’d not be going there out of principle.

Hopefully they’ll come back to me now
