Woman in Black 8/10
Really loved this. Definitely a 'see at the cinema' movie, the 'jumpy' bits are very cleverly done and often sort of staggered so you think it's over, but it isn't. Lots of 'corner of the eye' movement too. Don't think it will transfer as well to the small screen though, although it will still be atmospheric. Thought the ending was perfect. Dan Radcliffe is ...well.. jury is still out, he seems to be a pretty good actor, but his facial expression is limited, and this role doesn't ask him to expand upon it so it's hard to tell. Did keep thinking of spells he could cast to get out of tricky situations though Anyway, a good way to spend an hour and half, if your idea of horror is less gore and more psychological, this is a Hammer movie, so suspend your disbelief and go and get frightened
