Not sure where they got their figures from but there's alot more than 1 that's impossible. This info is pulled from the freecell wiki page as I cant find the site that I originally read the info on.

In later implementations of FreeCell in Microsoft Windows, there are 1,000,000 games. Of these, 8 have been found to be unsolvable. They are games No. 11,982, No. 146,692, No. 186,216, No. 455,889, No. 495,505, No. 512,118, No. 517,776, and No. 781,948.

Oh and just to prove that there are really sad people out there, the site that I read before had a list of people that had gone through windows 32,000 original games and beaten them all (except 11,982) in order!
