Well i ring them about every 6 weeks and moan & whinge at them. At the mo i am getting my telly for nothing and discount on my phone. This has gone on for over 2 years, i just ring them moan about me being a loyal long standing customer and WTF are you doing offering new customers better deals than me. They then discount a service or give me some other saving.
