Virgin *is* throttling

Well it was only a matter of time. Yet another hooray for the average clueless numbskull who thinks "bigger numbers = better".

In terms of your average user, they could not tell the difference through browsing a 512k line and a 20mb line. Check the ratings 20mb line becomes 5mb after about 20mins use (full speed). For me on the 4mb line..... 750mb before I get 2mb???? Thats crap!

The main thing thats annoying is newsgroups.... I now need to find a client that will download at specified times. I have checked newsleecher, newsbin, none of them do it.
