What one item do you wish you had in your kitchen?

Am I the only person who has one of these George Foreman thingies but has never ever used it?

I just use my griddle on the hob instead. Got it cheap (the GFG) when I used to work at Boots, and it's never even come out the box. In fact, I think we put it in the loft a couple of months ago because it was taking up space.

I guess I should give it away really. I'm holding on to it due to our severe lack of a grill, but I've managed 6 months just fine.
