Just checking Do it with the supermarkets if you have to, the staff there are far less likely to check things as they dont know what they're looking at.

Same position as me dude. When it arrived DOA the phone company didnt want to know (despite it being their responsibility), but MS sorted it out no worries. Had it back in about 5/6 working days.
