She still didn't go to the gym after her dad paid for her to go and she kinda ate better but thats it. I think if she spent 3 days a week at the gym and went on a diet she would lose the weight and tone up and she wouldn't need a tummy tuck at all.

Hmm, it makes you wonder if having cosmetic surgery isn't seen a bizarre status symbol? Like a way of showing how much money you (or your parents) have perhaps? Or that daddy's little darling can get whatever she wants in some cases.
