The difference a year makes
October last year I hit my heaviest weight. I was a few lbs away from 14stone.
Not the best of pictures to show it but then I avoided being in pictures for the most part: 1 2 3 Whilst I am not yet at my target weight, I have lost a bit since then. I am now weighing in at 10stone6lbs with my target being 10stone. The last few lbs are proving a pain and don't want to shift. I have been sitting steady for about 2 months. Whilst I know I've done well it can be disheartening to hit a roadblock. Partly as a birthday treat, partly as an incentive, I bought myself a proper metal boned corset which arrived today. I've never worn a proper corset before and Mic has never laced one so it was quite amusing (and possibly a bit lopsided). Even doing it up as tight as he could, the modesty panel doesn't quite cover all my skin at the back, even so it is closer than I thought I would get. A lot of being able to wear small corsets is getting your body use to them, so I'm hoping that with my final bit of weight loss as well as getting use to wearing them, I can get it so that it fits properly. As it is though I don't think it looks too bad: Front 1 Front 2 Back Close up of the front Heres hoping I get to the point when I can wear it out of the house Edit - Still don't like having my photo taken though |
