I just love dealers!
The van is a few hundred miles overdue for its 12500 mile first service. Finally found time to get it in to the dealer today. The logistics manager at work booked it in by phone and specifically requested a loan car.
So I turn up, and they take the keys and fill in a form and try to run off. Er, what about my loaner? How do I get home?! Oh, do you need one then? So they bring one round, and another form is filled in. It says it has 1/4 tank and should be returned with the same amount. I get in, and it won't start, and the display thing is flashing "Warning Too little fuel!!!" or something like that. Not low fuel but too little. After 4 attempts I gave up and threw the keys back at them. Next one has half a tank (but the paperwork still says 1/4), so I think yay I can put some miles on it. But no. Has anyone ever driven a Citroen C3? Utterly horrid thing to drive Give me my van back!!!! This is the first time I've ever taken a vehicle in for a service, and the first time I've ever had a loaner. Think I'll stick to doing my own servicing |
